No. You choose a theme and shape it in a visual editor, add your products and connect payments from the dashboard, all without code. Developers can still extend a store through the API on the plans that include it.

You can open a store in minutes: choose its name and address, pick a theme and add your first products. Guided setup walks you through payments, shipping and the rest.

Reyva has four plans: Free, Basic at AED 99 a month, Growth at AED 299 a month and Pro at AED 999 a month. Paying yearly costs the same as ten months, so two months are free.

Yes. The free plan lets you open a store and make your first sales at no cost, and you can move to a paid plan whenever your trade asks for more.

Yes. Every new store gets 14 days of the Growth plan free, with no card required. When the trial ends, the store moves to the free plan unless you choose a paid one.

WhatsApp selling starts on the Basic plan. Rey, the AI shopping assistant, and the dashboard assistant come with the Growth and Pro plans.

Customers can pay with Apple Pay, credit and debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, or cash on delivery, all in the same checkout.

Yes. Cash on delivery is built into Reyva’s checkout, beside Apple Pay and cards, so customers who prefer to pay at the door can still order online.

Card and Apple Pay payments are processed securely by Stripe and paid out to your bank account. Cash on delivery is collected by your courier.

You set delivery options and rates for each market, and print shipping labels from the dashboard. Every order is followed from checkout to the customer’s door.

Rey is Reyva’s AI shopping assistant. It answers your customers on WhatsApp at any hour, recommends products from your catalogue, fills their cart, sends the checkout link and tells them where their order is.

Yes. Connect your WhatsApp Business number to your store, and customers can ask, order and follow their delivery on WhatsApp. Add Rey to answer and sell for you, day and night.

No. Rey handles the everyday questions and orders, and hands the conversation to your staff whenever a customer needs a person.

Yes. Every Reyva store works in Arabic and English, with proper right-to-left layouts, and each customer sees it in their own language.
